Job Title: L&D Co-Ordinator
Location: Port of Grangemouth, with travel to other Scottish ports
Compensation: £25,000 - £30,000

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re seeking an organised and proactive individual with experience in administration or coordination, ideally within a training or Learning & Development environment. You’ll have strong IT skills, as well as the ability to track and present data to present in reports, great attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience in administration or coordination, preferably in training/L&D
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems or Information Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to create and generate reports
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional travel to Scottish Ports required)
  • Full right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Learning & Development team, ensuring the smooth delivery of training and development initiatives. Reporting to the Learning & Development Specialist, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to drive learning opportunities across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and enhance L&D systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and impact
  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) as the go-to expert
  • Coordinate training plans, bookings, and early career programmes
  • Ensure operational compliance by monitoring and scheduling just-in-time training
  • Support budget tracking and quality assurance, including audits
  • Developing, analysing and generating reports using data
  • Research and recommend training solutions
  • Act as the first point of contact for training enquiries
  • Provide vital administrative support across the full L&D function
