As a Learning & Development Coach, you’ll be a key part of our Training & Apprenticeship Team, supporting learners across a range of leadership programmes. You’ll deliver both face-to-face and online learning, provide individual coaching, and help apprentices achieve their qualifications on time and to a high standard — all while contributing to our future leadership pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and support apprentices across our leadership programmes to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions (online and in-person) that engage, challenge and support learner development.
  • Provide constructive, real-time feedback and coaching in live environments with managers and senior leaders.
  • Set clear objectives and targets with learners, keeping detailed records in line with quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to share feedback and support ongoing improvement of content and delivery.
  • Support a wide range of subject areas, including leadership, cultural change, sales, negotiation, and personal development.
  • Participate in standardisation and best-practice meetings, staying up to date with industry requirements and CPD.
    This is a dynamic and people-focused role requiring energy, adaptability, and the confidence to challenge and support learners across all levels of the business.
