This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join Glenhaven's team, based at our Head Office in Ulverstone or our Launceston office, on a fulltime basis.
The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordination, administration, and delivery of a range of learning and development activities and projects as directed by the People and Culture Manager. In addition, the L&D Coordinator will be responsible to ensure the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes and be the point of contact for learning and development queries.
Applicants with experience in the Community Sector, who have a good knowledge and understanding of therapeutic trauma informed care and developmental trauma, will be well regarded, as will applicants with demonstrated experience with cloud-based HRIS and LMS systems.
This is a fulltime, permanent position. Regular travel between our Ulverstone and Launceston offices will be required.
The ideal candidate will be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. To prosper in this role, you will possess high energy and enthusiasm, with a proactive approach.
