Description Learning & Development Coordinator Camp Hill, PA McKonly & Asbury is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the design, delivery, and administration of learning programs across the firm. Reporting to the Director of Talent, this role plays a key part in advancing employee development, supporting compliance and continuing education requirements, and enhancing the overall learning experience for professionals at all career stages. Responsibilities Build and maintain positive relationships with segment leads and industry leaders Manage and maintain the firmwide training calendar Identify learning gaps and assist in developing plans to address those needs Coordinate facilities and logistics for training sessions and firm events Support scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews Assist with creating and managing onboarding schedules for new hires Track CPE credits and provide quarterly updates and reporting Coordinate and maintain CPE tracking and provide support for educational webinars Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, or program coordination Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and tools Why McKonly & Asbury – www.macpas.com McKonly & Asbury has been named as the #6 Midsized Firm to Work For in the country in 2025.
