About the Role As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will lead the Learning & Development Center of Excellence and act as a strategic partner for all departments within the organization. Your mission is to ensure impactful learning initiatives that drive growth and continuous improvement across the company. The Ideal Candidate Has strong knowledge of learning and development strategies and practices. Understands organizational development and talent growth principles. Brings experience in coordinating complex projects and collaborating across functions. Is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder management. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is passionate about fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Here’s what you will do: Learning & Development Strategy Coordinate and manage a portfolio of learning and development activities and projects, ensuring robust systems and processes are in place. Maintain the relevance and impact of the current L&D portfolio and design future programs based on organizational needs. Implement the most effective and impactful delivery channels for learning initiatives. Define and manage the annual L&D calendar. Lead the team of trainers and the instructional design specialist to ensure high-quality programs. Build strong partnerships with external training providers aligned with company needs and budget. Program Delivery Assess needs, analyze gaps, research best practices, and collaborate with HR partners to design and implement innovative L&D programs. Design and deliver engaging learning content aligned with organizational needs. Oversee the delivery of the L&D portfolio and manage strategic learning projects. Establish systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all programs. Monitor and evaluate organizational learning activities for continuous improvement. Develop reporting systems for program performance and budget analysis. Ensure ongoing evaluation and improvement of all learning programs, events, and projects. Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations related to L&D initiatives. Project Management Support the design and implementation of L&D projects and recurring organizational events. Maintain effective communication across the organization and with external stakeholders. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance in L&D. Select appropriate training methods (e.g., simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development courses). Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify skill gaps. Measure the effectiveness and impact of programs on organizational performance.
