Job Description

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to our Learning & Development Manager, you will take ownership of our learning content and record keeping for Starbucks Australia Learning Management System (Attensi), as well as coordinate learning & development programs and offerings across our store network. We are a small team going through fast growth, which will suit someone who has an innovative mindset, able to work autonomously, and open to being involved in new ideas and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination:

  • Own the reporting and administration of all learning content on our new Learning Management System (LMS) and coffee learning programs, ensuring key deliverables are met
  • Maintain, review and update training materials including localisation of content as required.
  • Manage all training enrolments, attendance records and completion records to ensure current reporting is maintained
  • Coordination of training and onboarding including scheduling, learning activities, managing learning-related communications, coordinating required resources, and other activities as required.
  • Provide support for store partners including responding and resolving issues regarding all aspects of learning & development in a timely manner
  • Support the delivery of new learning content across the LMS

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager in the planning and implementation of required projects and business initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the L&D Manager and other key stakeholders in the business in managing and delivering multiple projects in a timely fashion.
