We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Coordinator to deliver and organise impactful training in our fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will work across all departments to keep our teams skilled, safe, confident and driving compliance, performance and our values forward.

DESIRABLE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the food production sector.
  • L&D or Training qualification (CIPD, Train the Trainer, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting audit preparation and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions, from Inductions to Food Safety, Manual Handling, and Chemical Handling, ensuring compliance with legal, customer, and BRCGS standards.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and deliver refresher training to maintain competence.
  • Maintain accurate training records and update the skills matrix for audit readiness.
  • Develop and review SOPs, ensuring they reflect best practice and are effectively embedded.
  • Coordinate internal and external training, liaising with accredited providers.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, observations, and KPIs.
  • Analyse training data, identify trends, and support targeted action plans.
  • Champion our company values through all training activity.
