Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, this role focuses on coordinating high-impact training programs and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS) by championing its use with stakeholders, reinforcing processes, and ensuring data integrity. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure training solutions are effective, accessible, and aligned to business priorities—bringing a proactive, solutions-focused mindset that takes initiative to anticipate needs, apply critical thinking to solve problems, and improve processes that enhance learning across the organization.
