Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Executive to join our team in Udaipur, India. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing learning and development initiatives across our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fostering employee growth and driving organizational success through effective training programs. Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals Design, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans Manage the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems Conduct training needs assessments and analyze data to inform program improvements Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning content, manuals, and presentations Support the onboarding process by designing and delivering orientation programs for new employees Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition initiatives Contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes continuous learning and growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Proficiency in designing and developing training programs using various methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Familiarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Coaching certification or relevant accreditation (preferred) Experience in the hospitality industry (advantageous) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Adaptable and open to feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement Additional Information An opportunity to be with world’s preferred hospitality company Captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals Range of exclusive Heartist's Benefits Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
