In close partnership with the Learning & Development team, this role facilitates training using pre-developed, and co-developed content, while providing feedback to enhance clarity, usability, and overall learner experience. The specialist ensures a consistent, high-quality training environment that aligns with and reinforces the bank’s brand, culture, vision, mission, values, and established frameworks.   Job Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of professional training facilitation experience, preferably within a banking, financial services, customer service, or operations environment. * High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred * Strong verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. * Strong time management and classroom facilitation skills. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, understandable instruction. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual delivery platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom. * Experience in Instructional Design preferred but not required. * Prior experience in banking or deposit operations is preferred but not required; a strong aptitude for learning financial operations concepts is essential. * Familiarity with adult learning principles and best practices in instructional delivery. * Ability to engage diverse learner audiences and adapt delivery style to meet varying needs. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
