This role will lead the design, delivery and evolution of Filinvest Group's L&D portfolio, ensuring the most effective and impactful delivery channels are deployed. The Head will establish and manage an annual portfolio review and planning process as well as leading the day to day design, delivery and evaluation of interventions. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead annual planning, design, delivery and evaluation process to maintain and up to date, relevant L&D portfolio Develop creative strategies, methodologies and tools during implementation Ensure relevance and impact of the L&D portfolio Understand the current and evolving learning and development needs and priorities Translate learning needs into development goals. Think big, think outside the box and establish a simple, effective method translating great ideas into interventions that deliver specific outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder Must have at least 15 years of Design and delivery experience Experienced in talent management and succession planning Extensive knowledge of learning principles Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) Exposure and experience in Software & Platforms Services are good to have #Linkedin
