This contract runs from the beginning of January to the end of April 2026.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in instructional design, program coordination, and LMS management. You’ll learn how training is developed, launched, and sustained in a dynamic, fast-paced retail organization.

Learning & Development Intern, Role Highlights:

  • Support the design, editing, and assignment of eLearnings
  • Help coordinate training events
  • Assist with learning platform updates and LMS maintenance (e.g., Workday Learning)
  • Maintain training catalogues and other team documentation
  • Contribute to L&D team projects, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Shadow or support team members on special projects

Learning & Development Intern, Candidate Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Instructional Design, Education, or Human Resources
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and/or adult learning theory
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Quick learner who picks up processes and tech platforms easily
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A passion for learning, employee development, and continuous improvement

Learning & Development Intern, Assets:

  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise & Storyline)
  • Exposure to Workday Learning or other Learning Management Systems
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with project coordination, communications, or basic data analysis
  • Interest in retail, leadership development, or digital learning strategy
