Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and communicating all L&D events (including our DGFutures development programmes).
  • Being the first port of call for training queries and e-learning requests.
  • Keeping our DGFutures/L&D SharePoint platform organised and up-to-date.
  • Managing the administration of core training, appraisals, and personal development requests.
  • Working closely with managers to identify training needs and find creative learning solutions.
  • Helping design in-house e-learning modules and keeping training materials fresh and compliant.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on L&D activities, always looking for ways to improve.
  • Supporting with HR admin tasks including new starters, contract changes, and annual reviews.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting general People Services projects.
  • Visiting other Dawsongroup sites when needed to support the wider team (with expenses covered).
