Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced instructional design professional who possesses a collaborative nature, strong communication skills, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for working in a team, continuous growth, and helping others expand their knowledge and skills. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of interactive, engaging training solutions, including eLearning, videos, in-person and virtual instructor-led.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with subject matter experts to develop engaging training content including in person and virtual instructor-led, eLearning courses, training activities, multimedia, and video learning.
  • Use creative mindset to find new and different ways to design and develop training content. Review, update, and maintain training content to support the needs of the business.
  • Organize materials and provide support to the facilitators before, during, and after training events.
  • Meet milestones and project timelines.
  • Participate in project meetings with business partners to ensure all steps of assigned projects are completed within parameters.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking out new instructional strategies, participating in professional development opportunities, and proposing innovative solutions to design challenges.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
