POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and hands-on Technical Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to drive high-impact learning initiatives across our Data & Technology organization. This individual will play a key role in enabling technical and professional growth, directly supporting organizational capability-building aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a skilled facilitator, strong program manager, and trusted partner—someone who excels at translating business needs into effective learning solutions, curating content, and measuring impact. This role requires someone who can operate with autonomy, collaborate across teams, and maintain a learner-first mindset.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on content/program development and facilitation
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experiential learning
  • Ability to define learning goals and build scalable learning pathways

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with technical teams or in a technology-forward environment
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering programs in data-related or cloud-based disciplines
  • Advanced facilitation skills, especially in remote and hybrid settings
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including expertise with PowerPoint and executive-ready materials
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
    Preferred Qualifications:  
    Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
    Pay: U.S Pay Range: $7,987 - $9,983(Monthly)
