Description
    • Administer and maintain the LMS, including user accounts, learning paths, courses, curricula, and training assignments.
    • Create, upload, configure, and maintain learning content such as e-learning courses, videos, documents, assessments, and SCORM packages.
    • Enroll employees in required and elective training programs based on business and compliance requirements.
    • Monitor training completion, overdue learning, attendance, and certification status.
    • Provide first-level LMS support to employees, managers, trainers, and L&D stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot LMS access, enrollment, course launch, completion, assessment, and reporting issues.
    • Coordinate with the LMS vendor/technical team for system defects and complex issues.
    • Generate and distribute regular training and compliance reports for HR, L&D, and business stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate learner profiles, training records, completion data, and certification information.
    • Support virtual, classroom, and blended learning programs through the LMS.
    • Assist with LMS testing during system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and new feature releases.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of learning catalogs, learning paths, curricula, and training calendars.
    • Ensure training data and LMS processes comply with organizational policies and data-quality standards.
    • Maintain LMS documentation, FAQs, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
    • Support audits by providing accurate training records and reports.
    • Identify opportunities to improve LMS processes, user experience, and learning administration efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in LMS administration, L&D operations, HR operations, or a similar support role.
    • Hands-on experience with one or more LMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Moodle, Oracle Learning, or similar systems.
    • Good understanding of LMS administration and learning management processes.
    • Strong Excel skills, including filtering, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
    • Ability to troubleshoot system and user-access issues.
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a timely manner.
    • Experience working with SCORM/e-learning content is an advantage.
