Job Description Plan, implement and oversee all the learning and development activities within a company Design training programs that are pertinent to certain roles or organisational goals in a company Ensure that learning materials and resources are easily and readily available to the learners Manage other aspects of learning, such as timelines and budgets, as a learning and development manager Assist, guide and advise employees who are undergoing training programs or who want to explore learning opportunities Hire learning and development specialists and be a point of contact between the company and the external trainers Assess the success and effectiveness of the training plans and make appropriate changes to them to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development manager role Take audits and align the things as per the organizational values.
