• Develop and implement the SSN Sustainment Learning Strategy and “Train in Australia Plan”.
• Design and deliver onboarding, technical, and compliance training programs for the SSN Sustainment workforce.
• Act as ASC’s lead for all technical learning activities related to SSN Sustainment.
• Lead the development of the WA Learning Facility in collaboration with infrastructure and program teams.
• Deliver internal and external briefings and workshops to keep stakeholders informed.
• Provide leadership to the SSN Sustainment L&D team.
• Manage L&D actions to support capability building and Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) outcomes.
