Banesco USA is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for our Human Capital business unit.
The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for employees within the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify training needs, designing engaging and effective learning solutions, and ensuring that training initiatives contribute to employee development and organizational goals. The Training Manager may also supervise a team of trainers or specialists.
