We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead capability initiatives that support business transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver learning frameworks aligned to strategic priorities
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to create practical learning solutions
• Develop programs that support adoption of new systems and ways of working
• Deliver engaging learning across classroom, virtual and digital formats
• Manage LMS requirements, reporting and compliance
• Measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Capability or Organisational Development
• Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise
• Experience delivering learning solutions in complex environments
• Knowledge of learning technologies and LMS platforms
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience

This role can be either 4 or 5 days per week and offers a hybrid working environment.
