A Learning & Development Manager is responsible for organising, delivering, and evaluating training programs to deliver an excellent staff experience while support management on proper policies and procedures.
As a Learning & Development Manager, you are responsible for organising, delivering, and evaluating training programs to deliver an excellent staff experience. An HR Training Officer will also be required to support and advise management on proper policies and procedures.
