Join Us as an L&D Manager! Following a successful internal promotion, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Learning & Development Manager. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy for our business unit, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.Your mission will be to foster continuous professional development, equipping colleagues with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their roles and reach their full potential within the business. You’ll manage and measure robust training packages to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
