Learning & Development Manager Shercock, Co. Cavan We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead and deliver our L&D strategy, supporting employee capability, performance, and growth across the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement L&D strategy aligned to business goals Design and deliver engaging training programmes (in‑person & digital) Manage mandatory training and ensure compliance Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives Oversee LMS, training records, and reporting Partner with managers and external providers to coordinate training About You Proven experience in a senior L&D role Strong training design, delivery, and stakeholder management skills Experience managing LMS and training data Excellent communication and organisational skills Food industry / FMCG experience would be an advantage CIPD qualification (desirable) Why Join Us?
