YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree and other qualifications in the L&D field
  • 5+ years’ experience developing and delivering impactful learning programs in a corporate setting
  • Excellent facilitation and instructional design skills, with confidence delivering in-person and online
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to link development activities to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, a natural influencer who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Efficiency, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring people along on the journey are essential
  • Inquisitive and curious about the most up to date development tools and ways of learning
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and digital training tools
  • Experience with AI and understanding how AI can enhance learning and development goals
Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering engaging L&D programs that inspire growth, boost performance and align with the R&S global learning and Perspective 2030 strategy (be reliable, entrepreneurial and impactful). The following duties include but not limited to,
  • Develop and deliver blended learning soft skills programs (eLearning, virtual, face-to-face, coaching)
  • Conduct training needs analyses and build competency frameworks
  • Identify suitable candidates for training programs delivered by global L&D team
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback and continuously refine programs based on insights
  • Coach and support leaders to embed learning into everyday practice
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, safety, operations and colleagues in Germany/Singapore
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through mentorship, peer learning, and cross-functional training opportunities
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Design and coordinate graduate development programs (from day 1 of employment). Engage with graduates to keep motivation throughout the program by supporting their ongoing training and development needs
  • Work with the business to continuously improve and drive the graduate development program and strategy in line with the business focus
  • Design and coordinate intern program (from day 1 of program)
  • Design “Give back” scheme for employees to participate in
  • Support with the development of a Wellness program
  • Identify compliance modules in line with latest legislation
