What You’ll Do Design, develop, and implement impactful learning programs tailored to our diverse teams. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and drive development initiatives. Use innovative instructional techniques and delivery methods to maximize learning effectiveness. Measure the success of training programs and continuously improve them. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong command of English, both written and verbal. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A creative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
