The Learning & Development Manager will be a strategic and hands-on partner responsible for building innovative training programs from the ground up, delivering engaging sessions that meet the needs of all learning styles, and enhancing the organization’s onboarding and internship programs. This partner will stay ahead of emerging L&D trends, manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, and partner closely with the Chief People Officer to strengthen organizational performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
In addition to leading learning, development, and process improvement efforts, the Manager will serve as a trusted support for core Human Capital responsibilities. These include reviewing and updating job descriptions, supporting payroll and benefits administration when needed, assisting with employee relations investigations, and facilitating committees and focus groups to advance engagement and collaboration across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and an expert in Microsoft 365 tools—leveraging Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, and other applications to create scalable systems, streamline workflows, and measure program success. They will bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

HUMAN CAPITAL SUPPORT

  • Review, reformat, and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with current organizational needs.
  • Provide assistance in employee relations investigations, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Help establish, coordinate, and facilitate committees and focus groups to support engagement, collaboration, and organizational improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, training, or HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing training programs from concept to delivery.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced proficiency in Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and multiple learning styles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in process improvement, SOP development, and change management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
