The Learning & Development Manager will be a strategic and hands-on partner responsible for building innovative training programs from the ground up, delivering engaging sessions that meet the needs of all learning styles, and enhancing the organization’s onboarding and internship programs. This partner will stay ahead of emerging L&D trends, manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, and partner closely with the Chief People Officer to strengthen organizational performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
In addition to leading learning, development, and process improvement efforts, the Manager will serve as a trusted support for core Human Capital responsibilities.
