Job Description TRAINING Support building and organizing training programs Research and update learning and training needs Classroom organization: Managing materials (paper, books, lecture slides ...), teaching tools (board, microphone, computer, projector, ...), teaching, and organizing situations to support lectures, exercises, ..) Prepare training budget, training plan framework to meet the resort training needs. Do training reports Support Training Manager to design & develop training materials Coordinate and support other departments in all internal training courses Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Manager WELFARE & ACTIVITIES Organize and execute employees’ social, athletic and recreational, engagement activities Recommend ways to improve our company’s brand Assist colleagues with all HR related queries and questions. Maintain good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures Execute internal communications ONBOARDING & WELCOME Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new trainees Conduct orientation training for new heartists Job-Category: Talent & Culture Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
