THE ROLE

As an L&D Partner in our consumer telecare business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments from our alarm receiving centre, customer care and dispatch teams. Our people are eager for impactful L&D interventions and support, whether it’s navigating system changes or enhancing customer experience through well-documented processes and resources.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
• Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring that all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
• Create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
• Motivate and lead our team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
