• Working with new Store Managers to ensure they are competent to run their store. Support includes all aspects of management; people, operational, financial, Food to Go and service.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the induction process and working with business areas and the Learning and Development Partner – Design to implement these.
• Deliver operational excellence through effective learning interventions for specific products, processes and assessments to validate competence.
• Drive a digital first mindset, developing expert knowledge of internal systems with the ability to problem solve system issues.
• Using data insight to identify underperforming stores and use all available tools to improve KPIs and profitability.
• Completing evaluations and assessments for internal and external standards
• Actively identify and coach high potential aspiration colleagues in Company Owned Stores to achieve their ambitions
• Support the delivery of Pathway development programmes
• Utilize all available tools including role profiled and PDPs to drive development
