About the Role: You’ll play a crucial role in delivering induction, sales development, conduct, and compliance training, while also helping our agents deliver great customer outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• CIPD Level 3 or TAPS qualified trainer (desirable).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver engaging induction and sales development training.
• Support and guide sales agents from induction through probation.
• Create and update training materials.
• Conduct development reviews and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business training needs.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulatory training standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
