Shift: Monday-Friday – Full Time
Wage: $125,000 - $145,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview:The Learning and Development (L&D) Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee engagement & performance, skill development, and organizational growth. This role involves identifying training needs, developing strategies for effective learning experiences, and fostering a culture of continuous development across the organization.
Responsibilities:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to develop effective training programs.
  • Understands multiple learning styles, including visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and written word.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to train using multimodal teaching methods and adapt to individual learning styles.
  • Advanced presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to build rapport with employee-owners and management by engaging in a personable manner.
  • Skilled in collaborating and communicating within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team using direct communication, respect, creativity, and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to work in an environment where exposure to potential food allergens is or may be present.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7 or more years of L&D, training, organizational development experience, AND
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, related field or equivalent; OR
  • Any combination of education and additional years of experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to perform assigned tasks.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and instructional design.
  • Certification in instructional design, coaching, or training (e.g. ATD, CIPD) is preferred.
