We currently have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist. Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key in overseeing the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with contractual, safety, and operational requirements.

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead development of training needs analysis and associated manual
• Establish and maintain training registers and compliance tracking systems
• Oversee the design and delivery of induction and job readiness programs
• Create and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources

• Implement 3-month compliance and training check processEstablish training reporting dashboards for compliance and strategic review
