Description:

Responsibilities:

As the Learning and Development Specialist (Housing), you will be responsible for the design and delivery of engaging and inspiring commercial training programmes to support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential at an operational strategic level within the housing sector.
Within your curriculum area of housing, you will be responsible for the effective teaching and assessment of both individuals and groups of learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they require to meet their learning outcomes. You will be part of the delivery team for the wider TLF Housing offer acting as the subject matter expert for our commercial CIH programmes.
