Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Learning and Development Specialist to support the growth and development of our team. This role involves managing our Learning Management System LearnUpon, designing and implementing engaging learning programs, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. As a key contributor to the success of our training and performance initiatives, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful learning experiences and ensuring operational excellence.Compensation:
$11 hourlyResponsibilities:
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, HR, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as LearnUpon and creating or managing digital learning programs with authoring tools such as Easy Generator.
- Exposure to recruitment or onboarding processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of the legal industry or ability to quickly learn.
SKILLS
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and generate actionable insights.
