REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Positive and Encouraging Attitude: Possess a positive “can do” attitude and demonstrate a passion for helping others grow and succeed to foster an engaging and encouraging training atmosphere.
  • Instructional Design: Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally and build strong working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust training strategies based on participant needs and feedback.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement in training programs.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of one-year experience in branch operations as an Owner Advocate II or higher. This experience will include product and services knowledge, opening new accounts and accurate service in processing transactions.
  • Upon hire, it is required to obtain certification from America’s Credit Union as a trainer within twelve (12) months from the hire date.
