JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic L&D Specialist to drive employee learning and development while actively contributing to the organization’s performance evaluation process. The ideal candidate will design and deliver impactful training programs, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and support performance management initiatives to foster employee growth, enhance productivity, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Performance Management roles.
  • Experience in facilitating employee engagement programs and performance improvement initiatives.

SKILLS

  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and link outcomes to performance results.
  • Proficiency with LMS, HRIS, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs through data collection, employee feedback, and organizational assessments.
  • Identify skill gaps to create customized training programs.
  • Training Program Design & Delivery:
  • Develop training materials, e-learning modules, and workshop content tailored to address identified gaps.
  • Facilitate training sessions in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid platforms.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation:
  • Analyze training program effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and KPI tracking.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve the relevance and impact of training initiatives.
  • Learning Technology:
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for scheduling, content delivery, and tracking attendance and completion rates.
  • Introduce innovative methods, such as gamification and mobile learning, to improve engagement.
