The Learning & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic learning and development programs that enhance employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture. This role focuses on organizational development beyond traditional training and development, incorporating leadership growth, talent development, employee engagement, and change management strategies. By coordinating, creating, updating, tracking, and teaching, this role is central to the growth of the TCM Team Members. This role will ultimately lead the Learning & Development Team and coordinate with identified functional trainers within other departments.

EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR ROLE
Coordinate the Learning & Development Program for TCM
Execute and Coordinate the Training Plan for each role to ensure role on-boarding and recertifications are completed timely.
Perform assessments on training sessions to ensure comprehension and understanding.
Content Creation.
Work with the change process for SOP’s to create training for the roll-outs and add to existing training plans for new Team Members into impacted roles.
Leadership Development Program
Senior Level Program for Advanced Leadership Principles.
Monitor Training Programs
Prepare a Quarterly Development Calendar with the assigned Team Members who will lead the sessions. (TMT, Future Leads, Compliance Sessions, Group Training)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Skills needed.
Experience with Workday (or similar programs) and emerging corporate training techniques (AI-powered learning platforms, microlearning, immersive/interactive learning, blended learning, and continuous learning ecosystems) preferred.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds unassisted.
Education/Experience.
