About this Role We are seeking a highly capable and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to lead and manage both Global and Local Induction programmes at VOIS. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners, while also delivering leadership development initiatives. The individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams and work closely with VOIS leaders to maintain governance and alignment of induction and development programmes What you will do Facilitate and manage end-to-end Global and Local Induction programmes. Deliver leadership development products and ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners. Act as a key stakeholder for all Learning & Development activities across VOIS. Design and implement soft skills and leadership interventions. Promote and drive a digital-first learning culture through high-impact interventions. Monitor completion rates and support the globalisation of learning initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs. Who you are Minimum 5+ years' experience in an operational function, preferably within a multinational and matrixed environment. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Not a Perfect Fit?
