🚨 We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Trainer – Cleaning & Housekeeping 📍 Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) - Candidates based in Qatar are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to KSA Are you passionate about training, quality, and operational excellence in facility management? We’re looking for an experienced L&D Trainer to elevate the skills and performance of our cleaning and housekeeping teams across KSA. 🔹 What You’ll Do: • Deliver engaging onboarding and refresher training for cleaning & housekeeping staff • Train teams on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures • Develop training materials, SOPs, and practical sessions • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and infection control standards • Assess staff competency and identify skill gaps • Support site mobilizations and continuous improvement initiatives 🔹 What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping or facility management training • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment • Excellent communication and coaching skills • Experience working with multicultural teams • Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus
Responsibilities
