Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team in the real estate sector. The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning principles, training methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge related to real estate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in L&D, preferably within the real estate industry
- Mandatory experience in the Dubai Real Estate market or in training within it
- Strong knowledge of learning principles, training methodologies, and real estate industry practices
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in using LMS and other e-learning tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness

Responsibilities:
