Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team in the real estate sector. The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning principles, training methodologies, and industry-specific knowledge related to real estate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in L&D, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Mandatory experience in the Dubai Real Estate market or in training within it
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles, training methodologies, and real estate industry practices
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using LMS and other e-learning tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness
Responsibilities
  • Develop Training Programs: Create and implement engaging training materials and e-learning modules tailored to the real estate industry
  • Conduct Sessions: Deliver workshops, seminars, and training for employees at all levels using effective methods
  • Assess Needs: Identify skill gaps, set training priorities, and align objectives with management
  • Evaluate Impact: Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Manage LMS: Ensure platforms and materials are up-to-date and accessible
