WITHIN YOUR ROLE AS LEARNING ENABLEMENT CONSULTANT, YOU WILL:

• Work alongside our clients to address the learning aspects of ERP package implementations and bespoke technology developments
• Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and our own teams
• Be seen as a subject matter expert across a broad range of learning and enablement elements and help us continuously improve our learning offer
• Take an active part in sales and pre-sales activity; developing credentials and contributing to bids
• Mentor and develop our people, particularly our early and emerging talent
