THE ROLE:
The Learning & Enablement Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our training program, ensuring that all training content, schedules, and systems are up to date and running efficiently. This person will coordinate across teams—including Product, IT, Professional Services, Sales, and Marketing—to ensure the enablement team stays ahead of product changes and continuously improves the training experience for customers and partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrations. While the primary focus is on operations, the ability to deliver introductory-level training sessions is a plus.
