Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Learning and Engagement Specialist to design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions that drive growth and organizational success across our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning tools. You’ll work collaboratively across departments to assess training needs, build scalable learning programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop training curriculum for diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficient working with LMS platforms and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Articulate Rise a plus but not required.
  • Experience working in the real estate and/or mortgage industry preferred.
  • Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and other authoring tools on our LMS.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s LMS.
  • Create and manage end-to-end learning programs, including needs analysis, curriculum design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to translate complex information into accessible and engaging learning content.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and apply feedback to improve instructional design and learner engagement.
  • Support sales, onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and other key learning initiatives.
  • Administratively support the planning, execution and delivery of training events, including working with outside vendors and managing on-site support during the events.
