Office: This role is full-time and Riyadh-based.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, with strong project management skills.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate across departments and roles.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage structured processes and data systems.
• Analytical thinking, with the ability to identify trends, issues, and process gaps.
• Tech-savvy, able to quickly learn and use productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms), project platforms (e.g., Notion, Trello, Airtable), and other internal systems.
• Passion for improving the learner experience through structure, feedback, and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, reporting, and implementation workflows.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Understanding of educational platforms or LMS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic SQL is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment is a bonus.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools, session observation, or educational QA practices is a bonus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required (background in education, instructional design, learning coordination, or related fields is preferred but not required).
• 0-3 years of experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Quality Assurance Associate to support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of our hybrid learning experience. This entry-level role will work closely with cross-functional teams—spanning Learning, Operations, and Technology—to ensure our instructional processes, implementation practices, and learning systems are aligned, effective, and continuously improving.
