Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is $77,813-$109,327* base salary.

As our Learning Experience Designer (LXD) for facilitated solutions (live in-person and live online), you’ll help reimagine how leaders grow—through bold insights, captivating storytelling, and active learning.
This role is for you if you’re passionate about human behavior, turning big ideas into aha moments, and the power of live, transformative experiences. (It’s not for content packagers, slide decorators, or cookie-cutter eLearning designers.)
