Your Profile Educational background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Instructional Design, or a closely related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in learning content design, with a strong grounding in adult learning theories and practices. Proven experience in curriculum and learning journey design for skills‑based learning, including the implementation or execution of credentialing frameworks (assessment‑based learning, certification, or skill validation). Strong consulting skills: ability to frame and reframe learning needs, challenge and clarify requirements with stakeholders, and prioritize learning and business impact over solutions‑first approaches. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment. Analytical and data‑informed mindset, with the ability to leverage learner feedback, usage data, and persona‑based thinking to inform design decisions and continuous improvement. Experience leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance learning design and production (e.g. accelerating content creation, prototyping, personalization, quality checks, or production efficiency), with a critical and responsible approach to their use. Reliable, well‑organized, and pragmatic, able to operate effectively in a production‑oriented, scalable learning environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑ and learner‑first mindset and the ability to work confidently with Subject Matter Experts and senior stakeholders.
