Description

We’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to apply creativity in building engaging learning products in a 12-month, part-time role (0.6-0.8 FTE, with eligibility for full benefits), with the possibility of renewal based on funding, organizational priorities, and your contributions. In this entry-to-mid-level role, you will focus on creating modules, interactive activities, and multimedia components that bring established curricula and frameworks to life. Working closely with the VP Learning and the Learning Team, your work will support the integration of digital and blended approaches that help healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other audiences access high-quality learning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop digital modules, interactive activities, and multimedia elements using Articulate 360, Rise, H5P, and other tools.
  • Write and edit clear, learner-centered content for eLearning and blended delivery formats.
  • Work with the Learning Team to implement established instructional frameworks and curriculum designs.
  • Support the integration of sound, imagery, and authentic voices (learners, persons with lived experience) into learning assets.
  • Conduct quality assurance and user testing on learning products.
  • Assist in preparing facilitator tools, decks, notes, and evaluations for instructor-led components.
  • Track and report progress on assigned projects using basic project management tools.
  • Coordinate and document accreditation submissions for assigned products.
