Specifically for this job, someone who: Owns the LMS. You have experience building out and managing an LMS for asynchronous training. You are the product owner for our digital academy. Is a Creative Producer. You can storyboard, film, and edit high-quality training videos that people actually want to watch. Is an Instructional Architect. You don't just "make slides"; you create knowledge checks, learning pathways, and curriculum that sticks. Total compensation for the role is between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid or remote-friendly role, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services.
