What’s the role? As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning by designing and developing impactful solutions that support Banker Professional Development and Accreditation, prioritising learning transfer, engagement, relevance, and application. Based in Sydney at our Barangaroo location, you will be part of the Business Capability and Insights team, COO for our Business & Wealth division. You’ll partner with divisional and enterprise stakeholders to deliver targeted learning experiences aligned with organisational design standards and principles. What do I need? Three - five years of experience in designing learning solutions, with Cert IV in Training and Assessment / degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Experience Design, or related field (desirable). Hands on experience producing learning content using Articulate 360 Storyline, Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Experience with Sharepoint, user experience (UX) design, instructional design, and multimedia development. Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, user research techniques, and data analysis. Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, adaptive learning). Strong facilitation skills and be able to confidently run design workshops. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to operate in a changing environment. Why join us?
