As a Trainer – Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will ensure the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of our training programs and operational standards. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing both individual and team performance in support of safe, high-quality operations. Training Program Design & Delivery Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve training content and delivery methods. Support Team Leads with staff professional development and course completion tracking. Training Evaluation & Quality Assurance Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; recommend improvements based on feedback and performance. Conduct regular assessments of operational practices across teams and individuals. Ensure all team members meet internal quality standards and performance objectives. Compliance & Record Keeping Maintain comprehensive training records in alignment with company policies and legal regulations. Oversee compliance with required training certifications and documentation. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement Analyze training-related metrics and trends to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes tied to training and operations. Strategic Collaboration Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address future training needs in line with business growth. What You Will Bring Required Qualifications Strong training and coaching skills—we prioritize candidates with robust training experience over prior QA exposure. QA elements can be learned on the job. Proven training background, including training delivery and coaching practices. Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and providing structured feedback. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese. Fluency in English is essential; bilingual proficiency is highly preferred. Excellent time management, planning, and organizational abilities. High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. A full, clean driving license with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience in Japan. No at-fault insurance claims in the past 3 years. Demonstrated safe and confident driving skills with a willingness to continue learning. Willingness to disclose any secondary employment as part of the application process. Ability to pass a pre-employment and/or post-offer health check. Employment is contingent on passing random drug and alcohol testing per our company policy. Preferred Qualifications Recognized qualification or experience in Training Assessment or Quality Assurance. Training experience in bilingual (English + Japanese) environments is highly desirable. Driving background is a plus, but candidates may undergo a driving test if necessary. Good driving skills Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Previous professional driving experience, including any relevant certifications.
